Color formed profile is made of color coated steel , which is rolled and cold bent into various wave shapes. The longitudinal lap of pressurized steel plate should be located at the mold strip or wall beam, and both plates should be extended to the supporting members. Lap length: 350 mm for high-wave roof panels; 250 mm for low-wave roof panels with <10% roof gradient, 200 mm for low-wave roof panels with >10% roof gradient; 120 mm for wall panels. When lapping the roof, a through-length sealing tape should be set up between the seams of the panels.
